Adam Baba is an alumnus of the YALI-DAKAR program, session 8, specializing in Business & Entrepreneurship online. He holds a professional Master’s degree in Marketing Strategies and Semiotics from the University of Yaoundé 1.
At just 23 years old, Adam began his career at Cameroon Télécommunications (CAMTEL), where he advanced through various roles, including Head of Prospecting and Sales Action, and Head of Distribution. He currently manages a sales office in western Cameroon.
An expert in marketing, communications, and public relations, Adam is dedicated to development initiatives in Maroua and actively contributes through the YALI-CAMEROUN association. He plays a prominent role in African and Cameroonian civil society, serving as the Federal President of the Mouvement Panafricain des Leaders Cameroun (MPL) and as an advisor to the President of the Association Camerounaise des Professionnels du Marketing et de la Communication (ACPMC).
Recognized for his high sense of responsibility and leadership, Adam has received a silver medal for serving the nation. Committed to empowering Cameroonian and African youth, he was elected National Vice-President of the YWA-AAC in 2023. Adam is actively engaged in combating pressing community issues, including juvenile delinquency, early marriage, and under-education. His passion for marketing has also led him to share his expertise as an educator.
